Service Equipment Maintenance

1. When the product purchased by you has any failure, please contact with the Technology Department of Hangzhou AOBO promptly to confirm the failure problems. Tel.: 0571-87333032

2. After the product quality problems are confirmed by the technicians of Hangzhou AOBO, the Company will resolve them through the remote communication based on the product SN number offered by you, or the customers may return the product for the maintenance, or require the change and repair of the product.

3. The Technology Department of Hangzhou AOBO will, within three (3) business days after the receipt of the notification concerning equipment failure, complete the equipment maintenance (In the event of the complicated problems, the maintenance period will be prolonged properly and we will notify you promptly)

4. If the customer requires the equipment change, the changed product will be delivered within 1-2 business days. After the faulted product is returned to the Company for the maintenance, the customer is required to assist in acting the alternative product and completing it within 5 business days.

5. After the product breakdown maintenance, inform the customer of the product breakdown reasons so as to enable the customer to know about it promptly.
